Turnkey apartment design in St. Petersburg with an area of 157.5 square meters. Style is modern.

This project, like all the others performed by our bureau, is a unique one. Creating such an interior was a truly ambitious task for our designers. The project superbly illustrates our approach to work in general. Whether we work with a suburban house, a city apartment, a cottage house or any other, our approach is universal. And it starts at the construction and repair stages.

We have come to a conclusion that modern style is perfect for the areas in a luxury residential complex. Light, elegance, emphasis on natural and up-to-date materials in modern style let us create impeccable interiors both in a suburban house and in an apartment. We emphasize that the interior was fully carried out according to our drawings and sketches. Even the light switches were custom-designed by our partners Plugelectric.

Thus, the kitchen-dinner became the project’s major part. What can we see there? Chandelier by Luke Lamp, household appliances by FULGOR, which were chosen because of the distinctive body shade. Bar stools were custom-made from our fabric by Dooq. The dining chairs were also tailor-made by Porro. We had been looking for a faucet and a sink for almost six months. Eventually, our designers found them in one of the Milan showrooms, the whole set was custom-made as well.

The parquet was custom-produced in one of the Italian factories. Counter board is by TRAVERTINO NAVONA. It took almost a month to find a suitable slab with the size of 3.56x2.20 m.

Why so complicated? Because we create unique interiors that have no copies. The modern style means the composition cohesion, that totally relates all the details and exposes them. At the same time, the design must be natural, and give a feeling of home to the people who will live there.

It took us months to work out every detail while renovating the bathroom. Glass in the sink area, brass profile of a unique shade, panels made of rare travertine (by PALISSANDRO), all those were thoroughly thought through. The picture was completed by the Ceramica Catalano toilet, towel dryers by Ceadesign, a faucet by Dorn Bracht, and a lamp by Emmemobili.

Take a close look at the bedroom design. Modern style is a combination of classic comfort and up-to-date house functionality. Minimalism here meets comfort. The furniture soft lines and the handmade carpet are signs of style. Our designers took a special trip to Paris to find the perfect textiles (including carpet threads).

The headboard and bed hangers were manufactured by our bureau. The natural travertine under the TV area was chosen after three less successful trips to Italy. Natural materials within the chosen style contribute to the country "natural" comfort in every room, whether it is a cottage house or an apartment.

There are no unimportant things in any style. They cannot be found in a cottage house, a country house, a villa, a two-storeyed building, urban space. In our opinion, they don't exist at all. Even the owner’s makeup table was custom-made by Buro One designers from a variety of ten different materials.
