Suburban house with an area of 345 square meters in the modern classic style. This project is one of the clearest examples of Buro One's approach to business. We only work with exclusive materials, unique decor and design, we rely on separate things, no matter what style is chosen. “From availability” is not about us, neither in repair, nor in decoration.

The Meiendorf Gardens is a turnkey interior from the very start. We perform all the projects by ourselves from top to bottom. No third-party organizations can convey our ideas in design as skillfully and smoothly as we can.

This refers to the apartment design, suburban buildings, and other interior. We frequently start working not even at the stage of apartment repairs and renovation, we start at the construction stage.

Here is the result. A team of 8 architects and designers worked on the project. We would love to start from the exclusive part. The floors are finished with the rarest premium marble by Calacatta Borghini. This is a type of luxury stone with unique structure and pattern. It is present in all the premises of this suburban building. Natural materials are one of the hallmarks of the modern style in interior design. Given that the building is surrounded by the forest, it goes without saying, that natural atmosphere here is harmonious.

As we interpret it, the design feature of this beautiful suburban house is panoramic windows that overlook the surrounding nature. The height is 6 meters. For houses surrounded by woodland, this is the best solution. Although apartment open-view is another issue to discuss, we’d better refer to it in other works. We have reached the balance between the minimalistic style and interior luxuriousness. Modern style, with its gravity and premium details, perfectly matches the distinctive features of the house.
