The project of a suburban residence in the mountains near Sochi. The total area is 350.4 square meters. Contemporary style.

This project has become a valuable experience for our bureau. We would love to start with the fact that it took us just 4 weeks to come up with this interior! As always, our team had been working on the interior from top to bottom, it is completely original and exclusive even in the smallest things. The task was perplexed by the current pandemic restrictions.

Nonetheless, the result is in the photo. A group of 60 people was in charge of introducing new ideas.

It took us a record 14 days to visualize the interior with contemporary furniture in 3D. The difficulty was that our designers didn’t have an opportunity to see the facility with their our eyes. As a result, all the facades were created according to the drawings. There was another difficulty: in the midst of the whole process, the owner wished to change the size of the table and the equipment in the dining area of the house.

We managed to do it. The table board was made of a custom-ordered quartz agglomerate. The underframe is the strongest welded construction, which was created separately. The table was assembled on site.

The contemporary style, which we have chosen as the major one, indicates space and freedom of movement even in a small apartment, not to mention suburban buildings. One of the classic examples of the contemporary style is the living room in the “Mountain Villa”. The duty was to create a universal comfortable space for a family of 6 people. Natural floor and wall coverings (marble), discreet shades, clear lines, all of these combined functionality and aesthetic pleasure.

Straight lines, also typical of the contemporary style, were reflected in the furniture lines (which was also custom-made and custom-selected). An example is a two-level wardrobe with a 170-hangers storage system. It derived from the house owner’s wishes, who is a big fan of shopping.

We offered an interesting option in the lounge area. Contemporary is also accomplished in the open air. As we have already mentioned, the family is large, and we had to think all the details through for the convenience of each member. It resulted in choosing comfortable and wearproof outdoor furniture, located under the shadow of a giant umbrella. This is an enormous framework that stands on a granite base. Consequently, no sea winds will be able to tear such an umbrella out.

Another example of our "one-item" approach to the repairs, interior design and zoning, is an absolutely unique grill area with heat-absorbing walls, gas grill integration, and wastewater disposal system. This is an original system, the only one existing. The owners wished to get away from the standard “stoves” or upgraded barbecues that are popular in the southern part of the country.

The countertemporari style is fascinating because of its flexibility. It has its framework, but at the same time it has no strict criteria. Therefore, it gives us relative freedom in design, which we enjoy. "Mountain Villa" in the contemporary spirit has perfectly illustrated our experience, skills and talents.
